was born and raised in Lyon, France, culinary capital and home to the world’s finest food.He launched several restaurants in Lyon region, as The SAFARI LODGE, The KEY BISCAYNE, LE JARDIN GOURMAND, to name a few.

Also worked as Chef and Executive Chef for high-end Hotels and Restaurants as well as Catering in France and in the USA.
Bruno Galli was formed by many “MOF Meilleur Ouvrier de France” including well respected PAUL BOCUSE.

Armed with knowledge of both Classical and Creative Cuisine, Bruno went on to open several successful restaurants in America. Starting as a advisor and consultant for hotels and restaurants in both in management, food and financials operation.
